- Newsletter subscriptions. Email address and the page that originated the subscription.
- Usage analytics. Anonymised page-view, device, and traffic-source data, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for newsletter subscriptions and optional analytics) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (for the contact form) and operating the site securely.

We share data only with the processors needed to operate the site, under data-processing agreements: Brevo (newsletter + transactional email), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (only with your consent), and our headless WordPress host. We do not sell or rent your data.
6. Retention
Contact-form messages are retained while a conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Newsletter contacts are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymised analytics are retained per our analytics provider's default settings.
