Twenty years of operating leadership across global organizations gave me a builder's view, not just an analyst's. This approach is complemented by builder and operator capabilities, developed through a non-linear career path.

I spent the first decade of my career in leadership roles across multiple functions and teams, in both startups and global Fortune 500 organizations, driving and sustaining long-term performance. I then shifted into transformation work: rebuilding how organizations create value, turning complexity into clarity and scalable infrastructures, transforming costs into long-term performance drivers.

That is why I created True Redesign: a company focused on building scalable business opportunities and economic value through business redesign, entrepreneurship, and talent-driven venture creation. Through this platform, I integrate my work across organizations, founders, and future entrepreneurs, designing systems where value is continuously created, redeployed, and scaled.
