How do you typically work with new clients?
We start with a conversation, not a proposal. The first session is about understanding your context clearly, before we discuss whether redesign is the right next step. If it is, we shape the engagement around your reality, not a template.
Do you work with clients outside Romania?
Yes. Most of our work is with international and EMEA-based organizations, delivered remotely with on-site engagement as needed. Where partners on the ground are required, the network supports that.
How long does an engagement usually last?
Engagements range from a focused business assessment (a few weeks) to multi-year partnerships where we stay close to implementation. The shape is decided by what the work requires, not by a standard package.
What size organizations do you work with?
We partner with technology and services companies, scale-stage organizations, and large and established companies. Each context calls for a different version of the methodology, which is why the work begins with where you are.
Are conversations confidential?
Yes. Every conversation, whether or not it leads to an engagement, is treated as confidential by default. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs ahead of any substantive discussion.
